Without enough sleep, we all become tall 2-year-olds.

Sleep is not a luxury; it is a necessity! Sleep is so important for proper development of the brain and body. Just a few of the benefits of achieving optimal sleep include strengthening the immune system, reducing stress, improving memory, and decreasing symptoms of mental illnesses like anxiety and depression. Sleep is also a skill. And like all skills, it must be taught and practiced. For these reasons, I believe it is a parent’s responsibility to set healthy sleep boundaries and expectations. That’s where I come in! I help parents learn the skills they need to know in order to give their child the best chance at healthy sleep! (and parents too!)

Baby Sleep Package

This package is for babies from 6 months - 23 months. Parents will receive an individualized plan based on personal goals and the child’s developmental level and chronological age.

Initial 60 minute phone consultation
Written individualized sleep plan
Four follow up calls (approx. 30 minutes each)
Text support for 10 days
Wrap-up summary and tips and tricks packet
Follow-up support phone call to be used within 6 months (approx. 30 min)

Young Child Sleep Package

This package is for children 2 and up. Parents will receive an individualized sleep plan based on personal goals and the child’s developmental level and chronological age. At this age it is about empowering your child in his or her sleep, setting healthy boundaries, and establishing a good sleep routine.
